What is Contract Furniture?
CORE Office Interiors is a contract furniture solutions provider. We work with a wide variety of manufacturers who engineer their products to industry standards to withstand the rigorous daily use of public spaces and offices. Each client has different requirements and goals for their workplace and budget. COREoi can provide informed and tailored solutions with our industry experience and product knowledge. Contract furniture is usually reserved for very large volume spaces; our ongoing relationships with the manufacturers will allow you the highest value and deepest discounting for your large-scale projects.
The CORE Office Interiors team is comprised of talented specialists who love their clients and love what they do. We develop strong and personalized relationships with our vendors, thanks to our industry-pioneering Proven Process. In addition, we offer specialized contract agreements through purchasing groups and have a HUB-certified team with a strong focus on diversity and veteran hiring programs. Even with the recent changes that have been enacted for the VetHUB program in Texas, we are here to assist you during every step of the process.
The CORE Office Interiors team emphasizes speed. Thanks to our strong relationships with our vendor partners, we can quickly source and deliver solutions for our clients. We also provide a small number of quick ship items for one-off small businesses and home office solutions. As the nature of our solutions is highly tailored to the needs of our clients, we do not offer a comprehensive inventory of in-stock items, and for nearly all projects, items will need to be custom ordered through our team.

The industry is throwing everyone a lot of curveballs these days, which is why CORE Office Interiors offers its clients much more than office furniture. As our selection of office solutions expandsyou will benefit from bringing COREoi onto your project from Day One. With our wide array of technology and architectural solutions, we can help guide your strategy for a fluid and cohesive interiors project, even from the ground up.

FF&T stands for Fixtures, Furniture, and Technology. CORE Office Interiors offers more than furniture – we source solutions for everything that can exist inside a work environment. Fixtures include flooring, lighting, casework, and architectural products. COREoi is unique in that we have a dedicated Technology Solutions & A/V Integration team who specialize in sourcing the best products to fit the needs of our ever-expanding and ever-changing clients, including RFID solutions for asset management and tracking. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop with specialists who communicate across departments to ensure everything fits seamlessly and cohesively within your space.
VetHUB (Veteran Heroes United in Business) replaced Texas’s original HUB program in December 2025. Unlike the old program, which certified women-owned, minority-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, VetHUB is now limited exclusively to small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans with at least a 20% disability rating. As a service-disabled veteran-owned business that meets the new criteria, COREoi has maintained its certification under VetHUB. That means when you work with us, you’re still partnering with a state-recognized, certified vendor, giving you confidence, compliance support, and continuity.

At CORE Office Interiors, we pride ourselves on doing things a little differently. We are a full-service turn-key solutions provider. In short, we do not consider ourselves to be dealers. We focus on providing solutions to the community and consider ourselves to be resourceful partners, not used furniture sellers. We work communally to find the best solutions for our clients, and often that requires us to get a little bold in our thinking. We cultivate great symbiotic relationships with all our vendor partners so we can provide the best solutions for our clients’ needs. We understand that not every project can be approached the same way.

Furniture can support integrated technology such as power access, AV systems, occupancy tracking, room scheduling, and RFID asset management. This improves usability and space efficiency.
Furniture is often budgeted by workstation, room type, or square footage. Final costs depend on product selection, materials, and any integrated technology.
Timelines vary, but most projects fall between 6–16 weeks. Lead times depend on product availability, project size, and how early decisions are made.
