We utilize a software that places a time stamp on service requests, generates task reminders, and integrates analytical data so that we may review the time it takes to complete tasks. This enables us to offer prompt serviced and address any deficiencies quickly. Currently in beta-testing, our client portal is a secure, real time, self-service module that provides you a gateway into the life cycle of each order.
You can review accounting information, project status, and up-to-date order and work order information, whenever, wherever. COREoi is the only company allowing client access into an internal workflow.
